Returns & Exchanges
We are more than happy for you to return any of our goods for a refund within 7 days of receipt. We ask that they are returned in their original condition complete with any packaging they came with. Return costs of delivered goods are non refundable. So feel free to try any of our fantastic range available with our no quibble, no question returns policy. Please return the shoes to the below address along with a note of your purchasing name, address and that you require a refund. To exchange an item, please complete a new purchase & make payment for the size required. We will then dispatch these to you. In the mean time please return the size no longer required us, in their new and boxed condition along with a note of your purchasing name and that you require a refund of the price.
Incorrect or Faulty Items-
Each item is carefully checked before dispatch; in the rare event that a fault is overlooked or we have dispatched the wrong shoes to you we will rectify this for you as soon as possible.
